Meet Our Team
Amy Hardesty
Patient Coordinator

Amy will be your liaison from your initial consultation through the time of surgery. She will assist you with your financial arrangements, schedule your surgery and be available to you for guidance while making your important pre-operative decisions. Amy brings over 17 years of experience in cosmetic surgery. Her cheerful and accommodating nature will allow you to feel like you are talking to your BFF (Best Friend Forever). Amy is married and has a daughter and son. She loves being a mother and wife and is a talented chef.

Karen Grace, CST, SA
Surgical Technician, Surgical Assistant

Karen has over 16 years experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist. She is Dr. Zwiebel’s right hand in the Operating Room. You will also meet with her on your initial consultation and throughout your post-operative care. During her spare time you will find Karen on the go with her two daughters. She also enjoys Yoga and biking.

Penni Olson, LPN, MA
Licensed Practical Nurse & Medical Assistant

Penni has over 10 years of experience in skincare and Dermatology and over four years of Medical Assisting.  She will care for you from your first consult through your post-operative care.  Penni prides herself on educating and communication with each patient. Penni has three beautiful children and two dogs.  She loves being active and spending time with family and friends.

Kate Crane, RN
Registered Nurse

Graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BSN in Nursing. Kate has been a Peri-operative nurse for 26 years. Specializing in Cardio-Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopedic, General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. She has had the opportunity to travel on several mission trips during her nursing career that has taken her places such as South America, Vietnam and Haiti. Kate is happily married with three children & enjoys both mountain & road biking, snowboarding, running, & walking her dog, Sam. She also spends a great deal of time watching her son play hockey & baseball & her daughter play tennis. Kate will be your friendly and professional nurse in the operating room as well as recovery room during your exciting journey here at The Zwiebel Center.

Tom Hardesty, CMT
Certified Massage Therapist

Tom graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2002 with over 1300 hours of training and has been practicing massage for over 15 years. His has advanced certifications in Lymphatic Drainage Therapeutic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. He is also trained in Sports Massage and Reiki. He lives in Centennial with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, lacrosse, yoga and tai chi in his spare time.
